About the Caterpillar C15 SDP ECM
The SDP is the engine control module for the Caterpillar C15. It is an on-highway truck ECM.
We repair the C15 SDP ECM on the bench and supply tested remanufactured exchange units, programmed to your engine and ready to install. Send yours in for repair, or order an exchange unit and send your old one back as the core.

Common Cat ECM failures we repair
Cat ADEM ECMs tend to fail the same few ways. We fix all of these on the bench, every day:
- Injector driver failure. A dead hole or misfire when the ECM stops driving an injector. We repair the driver circuit and bench-test every channel.
- Lost customer parameters. The settings programmed to your engine drop out. We recover and reload them.
- Runs, but no communication. The engine runs but won't talk to Cat ET. We get communication back so it can be read and programmed.
