We are not taking Paccar MX work right now. Here is the straight reason why, and what we do instead.
A replacement Paccar MX module has to be programmed by a Paccar, Peterbilt or Kenworth dealer to your VIN and engine serial before the truck will run. That step has to happen at the dealer no matter who sells you the module.
So the job would go like this: you ship us your ECM, you wait, you pay us, and then you still need a dealer appointment before the truck moves. That is not a good deal for you, and we would rather say so on this page than after your money is already with us.
What to do instead: call your Paccar, Peterbilt or Kenworth dealer. They can supply the module and program it in the same visit.
These we repair on our own bench and send back running. The $350 bench fee covers a written diagnosis and credits 100% toward the repair.

3 to 5 days on the bench. This is the work we do most.
