Cummins-powered Komatsu machines run a Cummins ECM behind that Komatsu part number. We repair and exchange them: PC200-8 through PC600-8 and the Dash-11 excavators, D65EX dozers, and WA430 / WA470 loaders. Dead cylinder, no communication, dead module. Every unit goes back programmed to your machine.
Match your machine or your part number. The Komatsu 600 series numbers on the ECM sticker cross straight to Cummins part numbers, and those are the units we repair and stock.

Machine not on the list, or the sticker is gone? Send us the numbers you can read and we will match it. Reman stickers like 5317106RX, 5317106NX or P5317106 are the same module.
Construction machines are hard on an ECM: heat, vibration, moisture, and jump starts. These are the faults that come across the bench, and they are fixable.
What you see: a dead cylinder or steady miss, rough running, low power, and an injector code that will not clear with a new injector.
What's happening: a shorted injector or chafed harness wire fed a fault back into the ECM and burned the injector driver circuit.
What we do: we rebuild the driver stage and bench-test every injector channel before it ships back.
What you see: the engine cranks but will not start, and the ECM will not talk to the service laptop even with good power and ground.
What's happening: the internal power supply or communication section of the module has failed, often after a jump start, a welding job on the machine, or a battery fault.
What we do: we trace the dead section, restore power and communication on the bench, and the machine can be read and programmed again.
What you see: faults that come and go with weather or engine temperature, a machine that acts up and then runs fine, or codes on multiple systems at once.
What's happening: equipment lives outside. Moisture gets into the housing and corrodes the board, and years of vibration crack solder joints.
What we do: we clean and repair the board at the component level, reflow the cracked joints, reseal the module, and bench-test it before it goes back.
