About the Paccar MX-13 ECM
The 2109555 is the engine control module for the Paccar MX-13.
The PCI is the main engine control computer on Paccar MX-13 and MX-11 diesels in Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF trucks, roughly 2010 through 2022. Fits Paccar MX-13.
We repair this ECM on the bench and stock tested, remanufactured exchange units, programmed to your engine and ready to install. Send yours in for repair, or buy an exchange unit off the shelf.
Common Paccar MX ECM failures we repair
We fix these on the bench every day. Wiring and connectors can mimic ECM failure, so we test first.
- Injector driver failure. The most-cited MX fault: the circuit that fires the injectors burns or shorts, often paired with an internal power-supply fault. We rebuild that section on the bench.
- No-start, unit dead, no communication. The ECM will not talk to the diagnostic tool or wake the engine, usually from internal power-supply damage. We restore the power section so it boots and communicates again.
- Blown fuses and short events. The unit repeatedly pops fuses or shows burnt board components from a short. We find the shorted part and clear the fault at the component level.
